Rooted In Community, Guided By Nature

We are a Community Interest Company (CIC), which means we operate as a not-for-profit, reinvesting any income back into our services to support people living with long-term conditions, mental health challenges, and isolation through nature-based therapy and wellbeing sessions.

As part of our CIC, we also offer private Occupational Therapy services. These one-to-one sessions are delivered by qualified, registered OTs .To help cover costs while remaining accessible, we charge a fee that is slightly lower than standard private rates. We can also work with organisations, delivering OT sessions and assessments directly at their setting.

Our qualified occupational therapists work in natural and community settings to help individuals reconnect, regulate, and rebuild confidence  using nature as a powerful tool for recovery and growth.

How to Find us

Fork to Fork doesn’t have its own postcode, but we are based at Lancaster Leisure Park, Wyresdale Road, Lancaster LA1 3LA, right next to Lancaster Brewery.

If you’re walking towards the main entrance of Lancaster Brewery, look to the right-hand side and you’ll see the trees and a path leading upwards.

  • Walk up the first path

  • Continue straight ahead

  • You can either turn left just before the wishing well, or carry on past the well and keep to the left-hand side

  • This will bring you directly to our fire pit meeting area
