Green Social Prescribing
free wellbeing sessions

What is social prescribing

At Harmony Health CIC, we proudly support social prescribing, an approach that connects people with non-medical support in their community to improve their health and wellbeing.

Our sessions take place in peaceful green spaces, where nature becomes a therapeutic partner. Whether it's planting, crafting, gentle movement, or simply sitting under the trees with a cuppa, we offer space to slow down, reconnect, and recover.

We welcome referrals from:

  • Social prescribers

  • Link workers

  • GPs

  • Occupational therapists

  • Mental health professionals

  • Self Referral
