Services
Helping you do what you need, want, and are expected to do, one meaningful activity at a time.
Rooted in nature, focused on you.
Who We Support
While we are not able to provide medical diagnoses, we can work with you once a diagnosis has been made, or if you’re living with ongoing symptoms. Our role is to support you in managing the impact these symptoms have on your daily life, helping you build strategies, find balance, and work towards what matters most to you.
Initial Assessment
We work holistically with you in a person-centred way, taking time to understand your health, lifestyle, and the things that matter most to you. During your first session, we’ll explore how your condition affects daily life, what’s going well, and where support is needed. This helps us identify meaningful goals and the right support to help you live as independently and fully as possible.

Occupational Therapy Assessments
As Occupational Therapists we provide personalised support to help individuals overcome challenges that prevent them from taking part in everyday activities, using both clinical strategies and nature-based approaches. We work with you to focus on what matters most, supporting independence, building confidence, and using natural environments to promote recovery and wellbeing
ME/CFS/Post Viral Fatigue
At Harmony Health Wellbeing we offer a six-week intervention programme to support individuals in managing symptoms such as fatigue, brain fog, pain, and post-exertional malaise. Rooted in evidence-based Occupational Therapy, the programme focuses on the core strategies of pacing, planning, and prioritising – the “three Ps.” Each session is tailored to the participant’s needs and delivered in a calm, supportive environment

OT Intervention
When everyday tasks start to feel overwhelming, whether it’s getting out of bed, preparing meals, managing work, or simply keeping on top of life, Occupational Therapy can help you find a way forward. We work alongside you to understand what’s getting in the way and find practical, meaningful strategies to improve your day-to-day functioning.
Through gentle, goal-focused support, we can explore ways to adapt routines, build skills, and use tools or equipment that make life more manageable. The aim is always to boost your independence, confidence, and overall well-being, so you can do more of what matters most to you, in a way that works for you.
