Director Founder
Nikki
I started out as a carer, supporting older adults, people with dementia, those with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and children with neurodiverse conditions. These experiences inspired my passion for helping others live well and with purpose.
Now a qualified Occupational Therapist and co-founder of Harmony Health, I bring together my love of health, fitness, and wellbeing to create person-centred opportunities for people to build strength, confidence, and independence in meaningful ways.

About Me
I’m a qualified Occupational Therapist and one of the founders of Harmony Health Wellbeing CIC. Before retraining in healthcare, I worked as a hairdresser, an experience that gave me a deep appreciation for how much human connection, confidence, and self-expression contribute to our wellbeing.
Having personal experience of managing long-term health conditions, I understand the challenges that come with maintaining balance and purpose in everyday life.
Creating Harmony Health has given me the opportunity to support others on their wellbeing journeys while developing a way of working that also supports my own health and values.
My passions include music, spending time in nature, and sound baths, which we now offer as part of our wellbeing programme.
I believe in creating welcoming spaces where people can connect, relax, and feel more grounded in themselves and their surroundings
